A coordination consultative meeting to prepare for the doctoral competition at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla
In the context of preparation for the national competition for third-phase training (doctoral) at the Kasdi Marbah Ouargla University for the 2020-2021 academic year, the Deputy Director in charge of higher education in the third phase, university qualification and scientific research, as well as post-graduate training, was organized on January 18, 2021, in the visual lectures hall of the university directorate A coordination consultative meeting to accompany the Directorate to its entities from colleges and institutes to prepare for the third-phase training competition for Ph.D. 2020-2021 and to find out the developments of the guardian ministry in this regard.
So that the meeting is concerned with consultation, discussion, and coordination with all concerned from a central directorate and colleges represented by the vice deans of post-graduation and scientific research, heads of projects, formation committees, and all the actors organizing the doctoral competition.
Based on Decree 962 of 02 December 2020, which includes qualifying institutions of higher education to ensure training to obtain a doctorate, and determines the number of open positions under the title of the 2020-2021 academic year, 189 positions was opened in our university, including 22 divisions within 63 majors. For reference,14,558 candidates have been nominated in all the colleges and institutes of the university.
