Opening the continuation of academic year 2019-2020 and Beginning the academic year 2020-2021

 On September 19, 2020, the official opening the completion of academic year 2019-2020 and start of the university year 2020-2021 in all universities and national institutes will take place, so that the inauguration will take place from Ammar Thleiji University in Laghouat under the supervision of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, who will present a guiding speech and some letters to the university family, especially professors and students, and so on. Administration, including attendance by means of remote visual lectures for all universities, including Qasdi Murbah University and Ouargla, to attend the opening ceremonies.

This actual launch today, September 19, 2020, is the start of the attendance lessons, which will take place through 3 stages, each stage consisting of batches of students who are obligated to attend attendance teaching and this is in addition to what was presented, the digital ground of lessons and lectures, and these stages begin first with the levels that are in the doors of graduation (students of year 3 License degree and 1 Master ”, followed by a batch of first-year License students and finally the batch of Year 2 License, and all batches are taught two weeks (a teaching week and the following week with examinations). The director of Kasdi Merbah University, Mr. Mohammad Tahar Halilat, stressed in his speech that it is mandatory for students to attend attendance lessons in order to benefit and explain all the lessons presented on the electronic ground, and he assures the students and their parents that the university has prepared all the material and moral means in terms of receiving students in very good conditions under very good conditions. The Corona Covid 19 pandemic, and the health protocol, is fully applied in places of teaching, residencies, and university services.
