- Within the framework of the international movement for the category of administrative employees of the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla, and as an embodiment of the framework agreement that was signed last November, the first batch is today enrolled at the Turkish Nişantaşı University to begin training in the field of digitization of higher education institutions.
