In implementation of the mission of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the formation of committees to follow up on catering operations at the university residence level, Kasdi Merbah University has established a local committee to improve university services headed by the Secretary General of the University, Mr. Othman Rahmani.
- In the same context, on Monday, March 11, 2024, the committee, accompanied by the Deputy Director in charge of Pedagogy, Mr. Abi Miloud Abdel Fattah, and the Director of University Services, Mr. Lakhdar Youssef, and in the presence of student representatives, conducted a field inspection of both the Sheikh Abu Ammar Abdel Kafi University Residency and the Salem Ben Younes University Residency,this inspection comes to monitor the quality of iftar services provided on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and to evaluate the functioning of the digital system (wallet).
The Director of University Services also presented a set of comments to the directors of university residences, where he appreciated the efforts made to provide amenities for students, and in return, he emphasized addressing some of the shortcomings.
The committee also visited the foreign students and listened to their concerns. In turn, the foreign students appreciated the capabilities provided by the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla to provide all pedagogical and service means to ensure results that improve the quality of education at the university.
