Within the framework of the openness of the University of Kasdi-Merbah to its external and international environment, a framework agreement and a cooperation agreement were concluded between the University of Ouargla and the Turkish University of Kastamonu in the middle of last week.
The agreement was signed on the occasion of the visit of the delegation of the University of Ouargla to Turkey, where Professor Halimi Mohamed Al-Saghir, in his capacity as a representative of the University Director, Professor Mohamed Al-Taher Halilat, spent the agreement with the Director of Kastamonu University.
This agreement aims to embody cooperation and exchange of experiences in the research and scientific fields in implementation of the Algerian state’s strategy aimed at openness to international universities, creating academic partnerships, and benefiting from the technological development taking place to achieve international visibility and improve the quality of education and scientific research.
- In the same context, representatives of Kasdi Merbah University met with the Philippine delegation in a consultation session to propose the idea of concluding an agreement with officials of higher education and scientific research in both countries.
