This morning, January 25, 2024, Professor Mohamed Al-Taher Hulilat, Director of the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla, supervised the installation ceremony of Mr. Lakhdar Youssef as the new Director of University Services, succeeding Mr. Abdel Raouf Al-Wazen. This was in the presence of the Secretary-General of the University and the Vice-Rectors, in addition to members of the local committee for improving university services.

In this context, the university’s director, his deputies, and the university’s secretary-general extended their thanks to the departing director, Abdul Raouf Al-Wazen, in appreciation of his efforts during his years of service, wishing him success in his future path, and at the same time congratulating the newcomer in his duties.
