The University Rector, Professor Mohammed Al-Taher Halilat, received in the Ceremonial Hall on Monday, March 11, 2024, the delegation representing Kasdi Merbah University in Turkey within the framework of a cooperation agreement concluded between the University of Ouargla and the Turkish University of Kastamonu.
This session was attended by the Deputy Director in charge of External Relations and Cooperation, Mr. Mohammed Mahdi kadri, the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Professor Kriker Abdelwahid, Professor Kamasi Abdallah, Dean of the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences, Professor Halimi Mohammed Al-Seghir, who represented the President of the University in Turkey, and Professor Youcef Abi mouloud, who in turn represented the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences in Turkey.
The meeting focused on the content of the agreement, which included several fields and specializations present in the aforementioned colleges, including agriculture, biology, and engineering specializations. It included cooperation in scientific research and research laboratories. The course of the training that was conducted there was also discussed, and how to invest in the relations between the two universities in developing pedagogical, research and cultural cooperation.
